Gismat Ahmadov

Gismat Ahmadov is a seasoned economist currently serving as the Lead Economist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan since May 2022, with prior roles as an Economist and Junior Economist. Ahmadov has valuable experience from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, during which service was extended due to participation in the Karabakh War II. Previous positions include International Finance Manager at Palmali Group of Companies and Co-Founder of Hacettepe Tişörtleri. Gismat Ahmadov holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hacettepe University and also studied at the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
