Giulia Lotti is a seasoned economist with extensive experience at the Inter-American Development Bank, currently serving as the Senior Country Economist for Haiti since November 2015. Lotti has held various positions within the organization, including Senior Economist and Economist in the Office of Strategic Planning and Development Effectiveness, and previously worked as an Associate Professional Officer in the Department of Andean Countries. Prior to this, Lotti was a Teaching Fellow at the University of Warwick and a Consultant for The World Bank. Lotti's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Warwick, a Master of Science in Economics from UCL, and a Second-level Degree in Economics from the University of Milan Bicocca.
