Lala Alakbarli

Lala Alakbarli, Assoc CIPD, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in training and development. Since August 2017, Lala has held various roles at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, advancing from Specialist to Head Of Training And Development Division. Prior to this, Lala worked as an HR Specialist at "Kaspi" Təhsil Şirkəti from November 2014 to August 2017 and completed an internship at the Central Bank in July 2012. Lala's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in World Economy from Baku State University.
