Shpetim Mehmeti

Shpetim Mehmeti has extensive experience in the fields of actuarial science and information technology, currently serving as Actuary and Head of Information Technology Division at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo since December 2011. Prior to this role, Shpetim served as Director of the Information Technology Department at the same institution from January 2002 to April 2007. Additionally, Shpetim was a Computer and MATH Lecturer at the University of Maryland Global Campus from April 2004 to June 2011, teaching courses at US Armed Forces installations. Shpetim holds an Actuarial Science degree from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries/Albanian Financial Supervision Authority (2015-2017), a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2007-2009), and a degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from the University of Prishtina (1991-1998).
