Rania Estaitia

Rania Estaitia possesses extensive experience in human resources and program management, having held prominent roles, including Director of HR Business Partnership and Strategic Lead for HRBPs at the Central Bank of The UAE from April 2018 to June 2022. Prior to this, Rania managed professional development programs at Zayed University, focusing on the design and execution of training initiatives, and coordinated cultural programs at the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage. Early career experience includes managing diplomatic recruitment for the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and coordinating programs at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation. Rania holds a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management from CIPD and has completed training in HR Management and Analytics at The Wharton School.
