Michelle Pickering

Michelle Pickering is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in school improvement and leadership. Currently serving as Senior School Improvement Adviser at Central Bedfordshire Council since September 2020, Michelle also holds the position of Director at 1ST CLASS SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT LIMITED and has been a Learning Improvement Officer at Warwickshire County Council since January 2014.
