Amy Kastendick

Amy Kastendick is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in compensation consulting and human resources management. Currently serving as a Compensation Consultant at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since November 2023, Amy has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager at Central California Faculty Medical Group and University Centers of Excellence, and Vice President of Human Resources at Dycora Transitional Health & Living. Additionally, Amy's early career includes compensation consulting and personnel consulting roles at Golden Living, as well as a Human Resources Manager position at Arkansas Metal Castings. Amy holds a BA in English and History from Jacksonville State University.
