Paul Stechschulte

Dr. Stechschulte grew up in Columbus, Ohio. For his undergraduate studies, he attended Purdue University and completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics. He returned home for medical school completing his medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed his General Surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. He finished his training at Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina with a fellowship in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery with a focus on hernia repair. Dr. Stechschulte joined Central Carolina Surgery in November of 2021. He practices general surgery with interest in minimally invasive surgery including bariatrics, foregut, and hernia surgery.
