Joe Platania

Joe Platania is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in ministry and organizational management. Currently serving as Executive Pastor at Central Christian Church of Arizona since October 2021, Joe has previously held the same title at New Walk Church and Generations Christian Church, where oversight of ministry strategy and execution was a key responsibility. Prior to these roles, Joe spent nearly a decade at Bank of America as Vice President and Change Manager, focusing on performance improvement, strategic alignment, and team leadership. Joe holds a Master's degree in Education (Christian) from Hope International University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Eckerd College.
