Charlie Morales

Charlie Morales has extensive experience in talent management and acquisition. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Central City Concern, where they are responsible for building a strategic talent acquisition function. Previously, Morales worked as the VP of Talent Management at Marquis Companies, overseeing recruiting delivery for multiple business units. Charlie has also held leadership positions at Holiday Retirement and Premera Blue Cross, where they were responsible for talent acquisition strategies and delivery. Morales has a long history with Nike, Inc., where they served as the Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Internal Recruitment Director, Talent Acquisition Director for the Americas, Staffing Director for Corporate Functions, and Corporate Functions Staffing Manager. Charlie has also worked as an independent consultant and served on the advisory boards of Oregon Recruiters and Denver Recruiters. Morales began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Management Solutions, Inc.

Charlie Morales attended Loyola Marymount University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing.
