Jake Arrastia

Jake Arrastia has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Jake most recently worked at Central City Concern as a Senior Director of Innovation & Integration, where they began in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Decision Support at the same company from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before their time at Central City Concern, Arrastia co-founded CClariti in December 2018 and remained in this role until March 2022. Jake also held the position of Director of Technology & Analytics at Provider Solutions + Development from September 2019 to January 2021.

Arrastia's earlier experience includes being the COO of Attuned Care from January 2019 to October 2019, as well as Vice President of Strategy Development & Innovation at Avamere Health Services from September 2014 to December 2018. At Avamere, they were responsible for corporate strategy planning, project management, and business intelligence functions.

Prior to Avamere, Arrastia worked as a Regional Director at Gentiva Health Services from June 2010 to November 2011, where they managed specialty programs and focused on revenue growth and profitability. Jake also held multiple roles at Radiometer, including Manager of Market Intelligence and Manager of Ideation & Voice of Customer, where they standardized the corporate innovation funnel and grew the future product innovation funnel.

Arrastia began their career at Metropolitan Jewish Health as an Area Manager for Rehab from January 2003 to July 2006.

Jake Arrastia pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of the Philippines, which they completed between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended Ateneo de Manila University from 1987 to 1991, although their degree and field of study during this time are not specified. Later, in 2006 and 2007, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration.
