Melody Conroy

Melody Conroy currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Central City Concern since October 2022. Prior to this role, Melody held positions at U.S. Bank as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from May 2019 to October 2022, and at Sinclair Broadcast Group as a Human Resources Business Partner from September 2018 to May 2019. With a comprehensive background in human resources, Melody previously worked at First American Title from February 2006 to November 2016, supporting HR functions across multiple states. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Executive Director and HR Manager at Tualatin Valley Television from September 2001 to June 2005, as well as Area Administrator at Robert Half International from June 1997 to August 2001. Melody holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Oregon, completed in 1997.
