Nicole Brown

Nicole Brown has extensive experience in the field of customer service and support, particularly within healthcare and community service environments. Currently serving as a Customer Service Associate at Legacy Health since August 2017, Nicole engages in cleaning and sanitizing within the Emergency Department. Concurrently, a part-time Resident Service Support Specialist and On Call Front Desk Temp at Central City Concern, Nicole has embraced a role focused on employment access. Previous roles include Peer Mentor and Client Service Assistant at Central City Concern and CODA, Inc., respectively, where Nicole provided support and assistance to clients facing various challenges. A commitment to facilitating housing stability is evident through experience as a Rent Well Facilitator at Home Forward and a Housing Case Manager at Central City Concern. Nicole holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Portland Community College.
