Shane Durham

Shane Durham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and healthcare billing. Currently serving as the Client Access Operations Manager at Central City Concern since February 2020, Shane previously held the role of Front Desk Supervisor. From 2013 to 2020, Shane was the Managing Partner at Eyecloud Billing, LLC, which focused on coding and billing services for optometry practices. Earlier roles include Instructor in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding at Everest Institute, Practice Manager and Training Specialist at Womens Healthcare Associates, and various management positions in retail. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University-Portland and an Associate of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Portland Community College.
