CCIH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), As a FQHC, CCIH has integrated primary medical, dental, mental health services along with housing and support services. Over 4,200 individuals were served through the wide array of services that we provide and the 500 affordable housing units we manage in Detroit. CCIH receives Federal funding from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to support our health center, community outreach, integration of behavioral and primary health services, reentry programs, and housing development.
