Pamela Bowers, MS, LPC, LCDC-III, has extensive experience in behavioral health and education, currently serving as a Board Member at Cincinnati Public Schools since April 2019. Since February 2002, Bowers has held multiple roles at Central Clinic Behavioral Health, including Director of Ready to Learn School-Based Services, where management and expansion of mental health and clinical services are a primary focus. Bowers co-developed early intervention programs for child and adolescent substance abuse, and previously worked as Associate Director and Program Manager for Ready to Learn Services, providing vital support in K-12 schools. Additionally, Bowers served as an Adjunct Professor at Chatfield College from 2010 to 2018, teaching various courses related to sociology, human services, and education. Bowers holds a Master of Science degree in Guidance and Counseling from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fisk University.
