Jennifer Sjoblom

Jennifer Sjoblom has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer began their career in 1990 as Clinic Director for Healthfocus. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as Regional Director for Rehability, followed by a similar role at NRP from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, Jennifer became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Rehab Practice Management (RPM), where they managed 5 outpatient clinics, 9 acute care hospital rehabilitation management and staffing contracts, and rehab consulting services with multiple facilities. From 2012 to 2014, they served as Administrative Officer and Administrator/Home Care for Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Monterey. From 2014 to 2022, Jennifer was Home Health Director and Regional Director for Brookdale. Most recently, they have been the Chief Operating Officer for Central Coast VNA & Hospice since 2022.

Jennifer Sjoblom attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1988 to 1990 and obtained a BBA in Business, Marketing, and Public Speaking.
