Bahram Ghaderi

Bahram Ghaderi, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and founding president of St. Charles Plastic Surgery, Ltd., with a focus on breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation. Since 2001, Bahram has held multiple leadership roles at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital, including Associate Chief Medical Officer and Medical Staff Vice-President, and received the Distinguished Physician Award in 2018. Additional roles in various hospitals include serving as Medical Director of Quality and Patient Safety, ACS NSQIP Surgeon Champion, and Cancer Liaison Physician to the American College of Surgeons. As a CEO and Co-Founder of Plasbotics, Inc., from 2021 to June 2024, Bahram continues to contribute to the field of plastic surgery. Educational credentials include an MD from the University of Michigan Medical School and a BA in Economics/Business from UCLA.
