Debbie Higgins has been working in the IT industry for over 5 years. Debbie started out as a Unix System Administrator and has since transitioned into an account representative role. Debbie has strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills which have helped their excel in their career.

In their previous role at [DISYS](/org/disys), Debbie was responsible for Solaris 10 O/S along with application build-outs, upgrades, testing, and maintenance of non-production and production environments. This included Solaris 10 updates and security block points. Debbie was also responsible for resolving issues with hardware and software, and acting as a liaison with vendors. Additionally, they supported engineer developers and testers, did administrative updating for Boeing's Access Control Policies and Accounting Change review process, deleted and expired backup data for Oracle archive logs, did backup rotation, and experience and supported with LOM and ILOM commands.
