Spencer Hoskins

Spencer Hoskins, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as President and previously as Vice President of the Eugene Cole R-V School District Board of Directors since April 2016. As the Manager of Engineering - Transmission Line Design at Central Electric Power Cooperative since December 2016 and a Transmission Engineer there since August 1997, Spencer has played a vital role in the organization's engineering initiatives. Prior military experience includes serving as an Aircraft Armament Systems Technician on the F-16 Falcon in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1993, participating in Gulf War operations. Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
