Jason Midwood has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career in 2003 as a Director of Operations at Gemini Partners, LLC and later held various roles at The Center for Secondary School Redesign, Inc., including Vice President of Operations, Director of Quality Assurance, and Director of Communications. In 2008, they founded their own consulting firm, Jason B. Midwood Consulting, where they served as President until 2016. Jason then joined The Central Falls School District as an Organization Development Consultant before taking on multiple positions, including Director of Strategy and Development, Chief of Human Capital, and Chief Development Officer. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Director of Partnerships at Substantial Classrooms, focusing on unlocking the potential of substitute teaching through innovation and professional learning.
Jason Midwood obtained their High School degree from Bishop Hendricken High School from 1994 to 1997. Jason then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Secondary Education/History at Rhode Island College between 1999 and 2003. Following this, they attended Bryant University from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an Executive Certificate in Business Management. Lastly, Jason completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University - School of Business from 2012 to 2015.
