Sachini Yomadi

Sachini Yomadi currently serves as Compliance Manager at Central Finance Company PLC since October 2024. Previously, Sachini held various roles in compliance at Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC from October 2020 to November 2024, progressing from Compliance Executive to Assistant Manager - Compliance. Before that, Sachini worked as a Human Resources Executive at Commercial Credit and Finance PLC in early 2020 and as an Operations Analyst at SYNERGEN Health LLC. Earlier experience includes a trainee position at International Construction Consortium (Pvt.) Ltd and serving as Secretary for the Gavel Club at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Compliance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, along with ongoing studies in CIMA.
