Justin Muchoney serves as the Executive Director and Artistic Director at Central Florida Community Arts from January 2012 to June 2024, providing creative and operational leadership to a prominent non-profit arts organization. Responsibilities include overseeing all musical programming and serving as Producer, Show Director, and Conductor for its Symphony Orchestra and Big Band. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Creative & Production and Artistic Director, where expertise in artistic direction supported a large community choir and orchestra, alongside diverse arts programming. Additionally, experience at Walt Disney World, spanning from September 2011 to October 2021, includes roles such as Tech Project / Fireworks Manager and Area Manager for Epcot Entertainment and Festivals, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and managing complex entertainment operations. Justin was also a member of Leadership Orlando, class 103, from October 2022 to May 2023.
