James Greer

James Greer has a diverse work experience in the IT field. James started their career at Protection One as an IT Manager from 1996 to 2000. James then joined Convergys in 2000 as a Director of IT Solutions, where they were recognized by Gartner for their leadership and innovation in developing solutions to improve efficiency and revenue generation. James'srole at Convergys lasted until March 2017. In 2017, they joined the Central Florida Expressway Authority as the Director of IT and later became the CTO/COO in May 2019.

James Greer attended Cornell University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Finance.
