Renee H.

Renee H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support, workplace operations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Executive Business Partner to the CEO, COO, and CTO at Quilt since August 2023, Renee previously held leadership roles at Neo4j from January 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing global workplace experience and diversity programming. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager across multiple organizations, including Rafter, Inc., SBCC Group, and American Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities spanned HR management, office operations, and executive support. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UC Irvine.
