Sea Shell Hannabass holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida. Currently serving as a Records Management Specialist at the Central Florida Expressway Authority since February 2017, Sea Shell brings valuable experience from a previous role as an Administrative Support Specialist with the City of Madeira Beach from October 2013 to July 2016. Additionally, Sea Shell is certified as a CRA and FCRM.
