Ashley Baker

Ashley Baker is currently the Director of Marketing at True Health. Ashley has been with the company since November 2020 and in their current role since March 2022. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Business Development for True Health from October 2019 to November 2020 and as the Business Development Coordinator from November 2017 to October 2019.

Ashley began their career in the non-profit sector as a Development Manager with EVERY KID OUTREACH INC from November 2017 to October 2019. Ashley then worked as a Development & Special Events Coordinator with UCP of Central Florida from May 2016 to November 2017. In their next role, they served as a Leave of Absence Intake Coordinator with Aon Hewitt from June 2011 to July 2013.

Ashley then returned to the non-profit sector, joining BETA Center, Inc as their Development Coordinator in April 2014. Ashley held this position until May 2016 when they were promoted to Residential Specialist. Ashley then served as the Development Assistant from September 2013 to January 2014 before taking on the role of Development Intern from January 2010 to May 2010.

Ashley began their career as a Substitute Teacher with Kelly Educational Staffing in January 2009 and also worked as a Child Development Co-Teacher with the YMCA from January 2009 to December 2010.

Ashley Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, as well as an Associate's degree in General Studies from Valencia Community College. Ashley also has a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, a Transformational Giving Certification from the DeVos Urban Leadership Institute, and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.

Ashley Baker reports to Janelle Dunn, CEO. They are on a team with L. Karenna Senors - Chief Medical Officer, Michael Douse - Director, IT, and Darryl Henry - Director, Facilities.
