Barbara Davis Robinson

Barbara Davis Robinson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Learning and Development at Central Florida Health Care, Inc. Before their current role, they worked as the Director of Organizational Development and Training at WellDyneRx, a national pharmacy benefit manager. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Associate (Employee) Learning and Development at Eagle Home Mortgage, where they supported national retail and builder business channels. Barbara also served as the AVP of Learning and Development at Bisk Education, a leader in online education, where they helped renowned universities in expanding enrollment and advancing their missions. Earlier in their career, they worked as the VP of National Training Director at Market Street, overseeing training curriculums and on-boarding development plans. Barbara also held the role of FVP of National Training Director at Countrywide Financial Corporation, where they established and led a department to support the national branch network. Finally, they served as the National Training Director and VP at Irwin Financial Corporation, designing and conducting national training programs for branch offices.

Barbara Davis Robinson has a diverse education background. Barbara holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business from Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Executive Education in Advanced Intercultural Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

Barbara earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida Institute of Technology. Barbara also holds a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and a Certificate in Workforce Management and Development from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
