Astrid L. Phan

Astrid L. Phan, CPA, CIA, serves as the Director of SOX at Central Garden & Pet since April 2018, having progressed from Senior Manager to SOX Manager and Senior SOX Analyst within the company. Prior to this role, Astrid worked as a Senior Revenue Accountant at Proofpoint and as a Senior Accountant in Audit at Armanino LLP, where responsibilities included conducting audit engagements and supervising junior auditors. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG US, focusing on audits for publicly held companies and performing substantive analytic audit procedures. Astrid began a career in auditing as an intern at KPMG US, assisting with financial statement reviews. Astrid holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University.
