Katia Colston

Katia Colston has a strong background in eCommerce sales and account management. Katia is currently the Vice President of eCommerce Sales at Central Garden & Pet since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of eCommerce Sales at the same company since August 2021. Before joining Central Garden & Pet, they worked at Kellogg Company as the eCommerce Sales Lead & Omnichannel development, where they played a key role in developing Kellogg's eCommerce business with major retailers. Katia also served as an Account Executive at Walmart. Prior to Kellogg, they worked at Continental Mills as a Team Leader for Walmart. Katia also has experience at EBRO North America, Revlon, Energizer Holdings, Inc, and Walmart, holding various roles related to national account management and business development. Overall, Katia has a proven track record of driving eCommerce sales and managing key accounts.

Katia Colston holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) and an MBA in International Economics and Business from the University of Arkansas and a further MBA in Management, International Business, and Finance from the University of Miami. Katia has also obtained certifications in POLARIS / torch™ Next Commerce Leadership from firstmovr and Kellogg's Financial Acumen from the Kellogg Company.
