Marilyn Leahy

Marilyn Leahy began their work experience in 1988 as a Sr. Human Resources Representative at Sara Lee Corporation. Marilyn then moved on to The Clorox Company, where they worked as a Director of Client Services from 1990 to 2003. In 2003, they joined The Roche Group as a Sr. Director of Human Resources and later became the Head of Human Resources from 2007 to 2009. Marilyn also served as the Head of Global Change Management from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Central Garden & Pet as a VP/HR and eventually became the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources in 2016. In 2018, they became a Board Member and Chairman at East Bay SPCA.

Marilyn Leahy obtained an Advanced Human Resources Executive Certification from the University of Michigan in 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a BA in Industrial Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.
