Paul Gray

Paul Gray is an experienced quality assurance and continuous improvement leader with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Central Garden & Pet since February 2013, Paul has previously held positions including Sr Manager Quality Assurance at Newell Rubbermaid and Director of Quality - Global Sourcing at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included corporate governance and product quality compliance. Additional roles include Director of Quality at Masonite, where a comprehensive quality system implementation was directed, and Director of Quality at The Stanley Works, known for introducing Lean Sigma process improvements across multiple plants. Paul also has foundational experience in quality management from Vermont American and Skil-Bosch Power Tools, alongside engineering roles at International Jensen and Allied Signal. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
