Richard McClements

Richard McClements has a comprehensive work experience in the field of operations and procurement. Richard started their career at The Coca-Cola Company in 2006, where they held various roles, including Director of Procurement - Processes & Analytics. During their time there, they developed and led a Procurement Center of Excellence team responsible for consulting intelligence, sourcing analytics, process and contracting excellence, and operational improvement. Richard also supported Direct, Indirect, and Field Procurement initiatives. In 2012, Richard joined Central Garden & Pet, where they held positions such as Director of Strategic Procurement, Director of Supply Chain and Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Richard McClements attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained their BBA degree in Management. Richard then pursued their MBA in Business from Troy University, from 2003 to 2005. In 2010, they received a Six Sigma Certification from Emory University.
