Joe Kotlarczyk has a strong work experience in the healthcare industry. Joe started their career at BCBSTX as an Operations Director from 1998 to 2006. Later, they worked at Essilor of America as a Manager of Business Analysis from 2006 to 2011. Then, they joined Molina Healthcare as the Director of Network Operations in 2011. After that, they served as the AVP Medicaid Operations at Scott & White Health Plan from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they held the position of Director of Medicaid/CHIP Operations at FirstCare Health Plans from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Central Health as the Director of Accountable Health Plan Operations starting from 2016.
