Sarah Willingham Mpa

Sarah Willingham, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as the Managing Editor at Hagadone/West Branch Times. In 2009, they transitioned to the healthcare sector and served as the Medical Department Administrator at Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. Sarah then joined Ascension in 2016, where they held the role of Communications Manager until 2018. Sarah later worked at Landmark Health as a Physician Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. In 2018, Sarah joined CommUnityCare Health Centers as a Senior Recruiter. Most recently, they are employed at Central Health, initially serving as the Provider Recruitment, Onboarding, and Wellness Manager from 2022 until 2023, and currently holds the position of Enterprise Director of Talent Acquisition.

Sarah Willingham, MPA holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from Walden University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Cornell College, attending from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter from the American Academy of Medical Management in November 2013.
