Mike Quartermain

Mike Quartermain is an experienced Maintenance Delivery Manager at Central Highlands Water since July 2020. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Team Lead at Telstra from November 2010 to October 2019, where Mike demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing and developing teams and improving performance of external service suppliers. With a background as a Service Team Manager and Service Supplier Manager, Mike has shown a proven track record of achieving targets and driving exceptional customer experiences. With a Bachelor's Degree from La Trobe University and previous experience as a Staff Trainer at Datacom, Mike has a solid educational foundation and extensive business leadership capability.
