Ellie Rossett

Ellie Rossett has extensive experience in talent management and operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Talent Program Manager and previously holding positions such as Director of Operational Excellence and Project Manager for Emergency Response at Central Hudson since June 2009. Prior roles include Customer Account Services Supervisor and Human Resources Administrator focused on Employment & EEO. Ellie gained early experience as a Graduate Assistant in Graduate & Adult Student Services at the University of New Haven and worked in staffing and career development at Yale University. Ellie’s career began in human resources at The Hospital of Central Connecticut. Ellie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development & Consultation from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland.
