Emily Gambacorta

Emily Gambacorta has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Emily currently holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Central Hudson, where they serve as a strategic business advisor to executive management and collaborates with stakeholders to create and execute a multi-year DEI strategy. Prior to this, they worked as an Organizational Development Training Specialist at Central Hudson, where they developed a high potential leadership program and a companywide leadership mentoring program. Before joining Central Hudson, Emily worked at United Health Group as a Senior Operational Trainer, Transaction Supervisor, and Training Coach. Emily remediated poor performance and improved quality metrics while leading teams and providing coaching and process improvement. Emily also has experience as an Assistant Jewelry at Heaven and Earth Boutique and as a Special Education Teaching Assistant at BOCES Port Ewen.

Emily Gambacorta attended SUNY New Paltz from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts and Sciences degree and a Master's degree. Emily'sfield of study included Communication Disorders, Education, Anthropology, Music, and Education.
