Kelsey Kotnik Singh is the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Brand Strategy at the Central Indiana Community Foundation, overseeing the Marketing and Communications Team for CICF and its partners since February 2024. Previously, Kelsey served as an Affiliated Consultant for Society 54, LLC, where strategic marketing for law firm clients was a focus. Kelsey also held the position of Communications Director at the Indiana State Bar Association from August 2019 to February 2024, leading brand modernization efforts and enhancing collaborative processes. Additional experience includes roles as Web and Digital Communication Manager at the Indiana State Museum & Historic Sites, Marketing and Business Development Specialist at Ice Miller LLP, Public Relations Specialist at the Indiana Department of Revenue, and tutoring positions at Ball State Learning Center. Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a Philosophy minor from Ball State University.

The Indianapolis Foundation and Hamilton County Community Foundation, then known as Legacy Fund, joined in 1997 to create CICF.
