Lacy Wooden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lacy currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at the Central Indiana Community Foundation since May 2022. Previously, Lacy worked at the New Phase Comfort Heating and Cooling, LLC as a Business Manager, responsible for overseeing employees, managing budgets, and ensuring financial goals were met. Lacy also held positions at Citizens Energy Group, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist, conducting employee investigations and resolving labor relations issues. Additionally, Lacy worked as a Contact Center Supervisor at Citizens Energy Group, managing a team and providing coaching and training opportunities. Lacy was also an Executive Board Member at the University High School of Indiana and held the role of Learning and Growth Specialist at Citizens Energy Group.
