Memorea Schrader

Memorea Schrader's work experience started in 2005 as a Human Resources Assistant at Genesis Health System. Memorea then worked as a Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from 2007 to 2008 and again from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Human Resources Manager at ARAMARK until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Central Iowa Power Cooperative as a Human Resources Generalist, then as a Director, and finally as a Vice President. In 2018, they also worked as a Leadership Coach at Sarah Noll Wilson, Inc.

Memorea Schrader earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004. Memorea then pursued a Master of Science degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance at Drake University from 2009 to 2012. In 2019, they obtained certification as a Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute.
