Morgan Dredge

Morgan Dredge, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience at Central Iowa Power Cooperative since March 2015. Previous roles at the same organization include Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Morgan held positions as Customer Support Supervisor and Customer Support Associate at Aerotek, and gained international experience as a Volunteer Business Advisor with the Peace Corps, focusing on business education and grant writing. Morgan also worked as an Individual Investment Advisor at Principal Financial Group, providing 401K education. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Simpson College, earned in 2004.
