Mischa Cartwright

Mischa Cartwright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Indigenous affairs and communications. Currently serving as the General Manager of Regional & Development Services at Central Land Council since August 2023, Mischa has previously held significant positions including Executive Director of the Office of Aboriginal Affairs at the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet from February 2018 to June 2023, and Director of Stakeholder Engagement & Communications at the Office of Aboriginal Affairs from September 2015 to January 2018. Mischa's background includes regional communications roles at the NT Department of Chief Minister and employment services management at the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. Earlier career milestones at the Department of Employment, Education and Training included positions such as Acting/Executive Officer for the NT Indigenous Education Council and various communications roles at the Central Land Council from February 1997 to November 2005. Mischa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of South Australia.
