Client Outcomes Engineer at Central Logic

Jennifer Eriks began their career in 1999 as the Coordinator of Children's Integrated Services at Family Outreach Center. In 2001, they became an Instructor of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy at Calvin College. In 2004, they joined Spectrum Health as a Sr. Improvement Specialist, where they were responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and improvement of Advance Care Planning (ACP) and Shared Decision Making for the Spectrum Health delivery system. In their role, they collaborated with key stakeholders to set and achieve ACP targets and acted as a subject matter expert for risk, legal, and compliance departments. Jennifer was also the Manager of Care Transitions and Case Management, Supervisor of Care Transitions, and Director of Patient Care Transitions. Additionally, they were a Post Acute Services Consultant and Medical Social Worker. In 2022, they joined ABOUT as a Client Outcomes Engineer, where they collaborate with health systems across the country to operate as one connected network of care and provides on-site organizational assessment and recommendations for purpose-driven technology and best practices.

Jennifer Eriks has a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Grand Valley State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Calvin University. In addition, they hold certifications from LinkedIn in Applied Curiosity, Disrupting Yourself, Project Management Foundations, Storytelling with Data, and Unconscious Bias, which they obtained in September 2019. Jennifer also holds a LMSW certification from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, which they obtained in July 2006.
