Jay Chace

Jay Chace is an experienced professional in community planning and relations, currently serving as Program Manager for Community Relations at Central Maine Power Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jay held various positions at the Town of Scarborough, including Planning Director and Senior Planner, from October 2007 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Planner in Harpswell from 2004 to 2007. Jay Chace holds a Master’s Degree in Planning and Community Development from the University of Southern Maine, obtained between 2001 and 2006, and an educational background from The College of Wooster from 1994 to 1997.
