P.eng. Ian Dcruz

Ian Dcruz, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Ian started their career in 2006 as a Fill Plant Operator at VitalAire Canada Inc. In 2010, they transitioned to various supervisory positions within the same company, including Eastern Service Centre Supervisor and Edmonton Fill Plant Supervisor. In 2012, they briefly served as a Program Manager before becoming the Manager of Strategic Projects in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Ian worked at Superior Propane as a Delivery Manager. Ian then advanced to the role of Regional Operations Manager from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Ian holds the position of Director of Operations Excellence at Superior Propane.

Ian Dcruz, P.Eng., holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, which they obtained from Lakehead University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Chemical Engineering Diploma at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Ian has obtained several certifications. Ian became a Professional Engineer (PE) through Professional Engineers Ontario in February 2014. Ian also acquired a certification in Project Management from HiTech Institute in September 2012, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the same institution in August 2012.
