Ken Starling

Kenneth Starling is a seasoned information technology professional with over three decades of experience in various IT roles. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Manager at Central Maintenance and Welding, Inc. since May 2019, Kenneth previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Mario Camacho Foods from April 2003 to April 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing all IT departments and leading strategic IT initiatives. Kenneth began an extensive career at Publix Super Markets, spanning from 1989 to 2003, starting as a bag boy and advancing to the ISP department, thereby laying the foundation for a successful career in IT. Kenneth is an alumnus of Polk State College.
