Dan Rinke

Dan Rinke, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Faculty Employee Relations at Central Michigan University since October 2022, where responsibilities include directing employee relations activities with faculty, collaborating on collective bargaining issues, and advising academic departments. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Human Resources Manager at Aludyne from June 2014 to September 2022, focusing on plant safety programs and employee onboarding. Dan also worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Central Michigan University from August 2007 to June 2014, handling recruitment efforts for incoming students. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of New Frontiers at Spring Hill Camps, overseeing scheduling and programming for summer camp activities. Dan completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Central Michigan University in 2013, following a Bachelor of Science in the same field in 2005.
