Hillary Williams

Hillary Williams, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at Central Michigan University since January 2016, where responsibilities include developing fundraising and engagement strategies for various programs, enhancing alumni engagement, and increasing financial support. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Service Advisor, Call Center Representative, and Internal Collections Specialist, where Hillary provided exceptional customer service and financial counseling. Earlier positions at Isabella Bank involved educating customers on electronic banking and providing customer service as a Bank Teller, while previous leadership roles in the food and beverage industry included a strong focus on training, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
