Jillian Davidson

Jillian Davidson, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Educator Preparation Programs and Director of Clinical Experiences at Central Michigan University, a role held since September 2017. Previous positions at Central Michigan University include Interim Director of Educator Preparation Programs and Coordinator of Clinical Experiences. Prior to that, Jillian worked as an Instruction, Data, and Curriculum Coach and Grant Writer at the Institute for Excellence in Education from January 2015 to August 2017, focusing on enhancing student success and academic structures. Additionally, Jillian was a Research Assistant at Central Michigan University from August 2014 to June 2016, supporting faculty in the Department of Educational Leadership. Early career experience includes serving as a Teacher and School Improvement Chair at Ogemaw Heights High School from September 2009 to January 2015. Jillian holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master's Degree in Education from Michigan State University.
